Geryuganshoop, as one of Boros's Lieutenants, is at the level of Melzargard who can fight multiple S-Class Heroes and stomp Iaian, who is already on the same level as Fubuki. Going by statements from Murata, though admittedly not canon, he believes Geryuganshoop is even more powerful than Tatsumaki.

By feats, the enhanced gravity should work just fine.

Only one correction I have to make: Murata stated Geryuganshoop's TK is more refined, with him being able to eliminate the friction between objects and the air, he didn't actually say he was more powerful overall, that would be very hard to believe.

Genryu-really long name should win with relative ease.

Borderline mismatch given how Melz, after a prolonged fight with the S class heroes, deemed Geryu a strong candidate to come and assist with an asswhooping.

Meanwhile we have Fubuki pretty much worshipping the mere idea of looking at an S-class hero, thinking she's outmatched by A's.

Noice. But i was under the impression that she also lowkey praised rank 2-4 as well and meant it as "not even THEY can surpass". You may be correcto.

The #2-4 rated heroes of A class are the Atomic Samurai's disciples, and the reason they cannot make class S is Amai Mask, who basically retains rank 1 of class A to prevent heroes he deems "unworthy" from making the cut. Basically the same reason Fubuki can't or won't move higher up.
