That version of Storm was able to do some real damage, so maaaaaabye she can keep the fight going longer than about 10 seconds. Otherwise, this seems like an easy one.

This isn't much of a fight here, Storm was ragdolling massive ships and could easily oneshot Manta's slow unwieldy body with lightning. Not to mention neither of them has shown any sort of resistance to multiple energy based attacks, so Scott and Ororo's attacks are going to oneshot either of them. Prime Logan would cut Manta to pieces, and is more than good enough to hold off Arthur.

I would like to say that the x-men wins both rounds, but it won't be an easy fight. For the first round, the aquaman team has lest of a chance because his trident isn't there. Aquaman is really talented with his weapon and with it, it gives them a higher probability to win. But still, the x-men team wins 7-8/10. In order for the second team to win, they have to first take out Storm since she's the most powerful out of the three and is the winning factor, they have to go for her first. But again that's a problem considering she could be in the air and is very agile in the air.
