FOX Wolverine vs. MCU Hulk

All there in the title

MCU Hulk (Incredible Hulk, Avengers, Avengers: Age of Ultron, etc.)

vs.

Fox Wolverine (X-Men 1,2,3, Origins, The Wolverine, Logan) [this is peak Logan btw w/ adamantium skeleton]

Round 1:

• Both trapped in a small, totally empty, indestructible room. One can only leave when the other is dead
• No knowledge of each other

Round 2:

• Wolverine has been hired by Fury to kill Hulk. Hulk is known to be hiding out in Tibet.
• Wolverine has a full dossier and Hulk's location. Hulk doesn't know who's coming for him.

Round 3:

• Same as round 1 but Wolverine has Deadpool (Origins) to help

Hulk stomps the 2 first rounds. Barakapool teleports behind Hulk and stabs him through the head.

I agree however there is a chance that he could come up with something in R2.

Hulk curbstomps the first two rounds and wins with some difficulty in the second one.

Hulk gives him the Loki treatment every round

R1: Hulk probably takes 9 or 10/10. That said, I think Logans healing factor is strong enough for Hulk to basically have to rip out whatever organs he can reach and wait for Wolvie to bleed out. He can't break his bones or crush his skull. If Jimmy gets a lucky shot to the eyes or something similar Hulks in trouble. Does Wolverine have the strength to do more than just scratch Hulks skin?

R2: Hulk takes 8 or 9/10. Again, if Wolvie gets a good shot to the eyes or neck Hulk could be in trouble. Him getting to plan the encounter should let him get a lucky win or two.

R3: Team 10/10. Hulk will have a heck of a time tagging Deadpool, who has been shown to be able to survive decapitation.

Like in the comics, Wolverine's healing factor will inexplicably become powerful enough that Hulk can't even hurt him, allowing this battle to be a stalemate, only for Logan's healing factor to drop back down to barely being a factor as soon as he starts fighting street levelers again.

Round 1 - Hulk smashes him around, but has no way of killing him. But all Wolvie needs is one stab to the head to kill the Hulk, although that's incredibly difficult being smashed around. This inevitably becomes a stalemate.

Round 2 - Wolverine has a good chance here. He can come up with a plan to take him down since Hulk isn't expecting him. One good, clean, shot can take him down. But of course if he fails then it sort of reverts to Round 1's situation.

Round 3 - Team wins rather easily.

Wolvie cuz he's my favorite Hero.

I don't believe Logan has any feats along the lines of Hulk's damage output. On the flip side, this Hulk doesn't have anywhere near the healing factor comic Hulk does.

Round 1 - Could go either way. Logan has shown he could dodge attacks, but hasn't shown durability at Hulk's striking level. Same way Hulk has shown enormous striking ability, but his healing factor and speed isn't much good at all.

The ones who gets first hit wins, though I'm inclined towards Logan more since he can dodge hulk's punches while immediately stabbing him.

Didn't MCU Hulk leave a large dent in vibranium? I don't see why he can't break Logan's bones.
