Surfer is on another level. He can ignore forcefield or energy defenses due to intangibility. His board can absorb rockets and he's at least as mobile. As long as there is nothing to distract him and separate him from his board, he should win quickly.

Can’t carol absorb his powers ?

There's an MCU guidebook somewhere that said she can absorb energy. Idk if she's done so on-screen.

I always prefer on screen showings. Just pure statements sounds cool if ur MCU big fan but in VS matchups... idk how she does it, does her automatic aura absorb it or she enters sth like "absorbtion mode" etc.

FOX SS had ridiculous feats in just one single movie. I've seen two calcs that place him at Planet level. The problem is that he doesn't have combat speed feats so this ends either on a draw(most likely) or with SS one-shoting Carol.
