With a random encounter Mags would not have his siheld up at first but Flash will not blitz-kill him either. Amped mags kills them with their own weapons.
WW will be pinned down by metal spam immediately.(Magneto has some pretty high-level speed/perception, about on the level of Diana)-- She also wears metal so the much stronger Magneto could just hold her down.

Wait, lets just go to the main point here.=, You say Magneto is not fast enough to react, but I showed his perception (and him actively working his powers) at bullet speeds. Dude was being tackled and while the rest of the world was frozen he accurately maneuvered a bullet. How is this not quintessential bullet timing?
Flash can actually phase so Mags shield isn’t too helpful here. If Flash gets to him he can solo. If not, he and WW still can. If not, Team gets crumpled lol.
