If Kara blitzes before Jean which she could then Jean gets one shot...She's glass cannon once the host is out fights over here.. If it's full on Phoenix she can win

Impressive, but this is nowhere near Jean's level of power and control over matter manipulation.
@davidharewood14: by what feats? Magically amped Reigns, that was trying to destroy the planet that got stopped by a shapeshifter fusing with a spot on Earth? Isn't shapeshifting just molecular manipulation on the self. So I guess less limited molecular manipulation could stop Reign too, go figure.

Became stopped but couldn't even harm her. To me H'ronmeer magic is above Phoenix Force

If SG is bloodlusted then Jean is not winning. SG would statue and pummel her till she dies or freeze in an ice prison of absolute zero. In character Jean has a 50/50 tho.

SG can't statue someone who reacted to quicksilver. In the fourth season, she was struggling to dodge hits from opponents with human level speed. She is extremely inconsistent.
@from_beyond: SG has reacted and kept up with the Flash, who's leagues above Quicksilver in speed. She never had trouble tagging her opponents in S4 and has on numerous occasion speed blitz them. Using PIS low showing like that yet acting like Jean didn't get backstabbed by a fodder in the movie lol. C'mon we are above using low showings, no?
Jean gets statued by a bloodlusted SG. She has no way of beating SG going for the kill and not holding back.
Also extremely "inconsistent" girl was fighting a person on her level and taking punches that warped reality in S4 lol. She's not as inconsistent as you guys try to lowball her to be.

Jean had some pretty high level regeneration, and at the end of seemed to utilize a non corporal body.
You can even see a firebird fly across the sky at the end.
Then at the end of another movie, days of future past, when Logan returns to the future, Jean is just kicking it with the x-men.
This makes me think she can switch back and forth from her non corporal form.

Being able to touch a abstract seems like a way to to touch her, tho the damage would have to be enough to break or dissipate a large energy formation.
I dont know about the black hole, but if its anything like a irl black hole then id say thats a step above Phoenix, as she never encountered one, and she has no feats to escape its extreme mass/gravity)

Kara now was oneshoting those shadow demons. B4 saying Batwoman, Oliver, Atom, Mia could destroy them with their weaponry they were preped with Atom's particles of antimatter. Not saying they are on phoenix lvl not even close but remember Kara ( did more than Superman ) uploaded completely discharged quantum tower ( to quench this high dimensional antimatter wave ) + those demons came from Anti-Monitor's realm what is already sth above 3d universe/uncorporeal. Same antimatter realm could block magic of john Constantine
