Ancient One cuts him in half with a portal. She can also take the fight to mirror dimension where she can reality warp and stomp him there by dropping a city on his face.
If she jobbs though he will take it. She has a big potential but only so so feats.
I'd give this to the Ancient One. Mirror Dimension BFR, Sling Ringing his head, turning him into butterflies, shadow clone jutsu, binding with the Bones of Cyttorak... she's too versatile and has too many hax abilities for Apoc to come out on top
