Ajax , eventually. He can really hurt Kurt with the axes, but he will have a hard time tagging him.

Whereas Kurt can dance around, teleporting, but will struggle to hurt Ajax, I think.

I don’t see how Ajax wins without getting lucky.

Nightcrawler stomps. His reaction feats and teleportation are too much for Francis.

Nightcrawler wins. His teleportation is too much for Ajax, and even though he won't really be able to hurt him, that doesn't mean he can't put him down.
