Super Sonic is the only one who can match Flash in speed....

normal Sonic (going off the games, here) goes above the speed of sound, not even close to Flash.

Depends on which Universe are they helding the race.

Sonic Universe,I'm pretty sure Flash would lose to Sonic,because he can't link to the Speed Force naturally.The same thing happened to Flash in Marvel Universe,he lose to QuikSilver because he can't link himself to the Speed Force.(JLA/Avengers)

DC Universe,Flash by a mile.

The only way for this to be fair is if it's against Jesse Quick or Jay Garrick...

Against Jesse i'd give even odds

Against Jay i'd put money on Sonic

i think any of the flashes , would roast the the little blue hedgehog, from their sheer force of take off, even the flash kids would have the poor blue guy running for his life.
