Where do you say he reaches/stops without it?

@cryolancer47: Arguably at Bolin. It depends where you think Avatar speed scaling ends up on average.

Stops at Ghazan and slightly of topic but that's quite an "interesting" picture of Bolin you used.

Does he stop at Ghazan in every round? Or could he clear in some?

R1 Stops Tarrlok at the earliest because of all that water. Scar flat out blitzs and tears apart everyone before then.

R2 Clears

Scar is faster and one shots everything. He's a great fighter who has shown many times that he is smart enough to maximize his use of destruction for environmental control.

Round 1 Tarlock and Ghazan are the only threats. I can see him beating Ghazan but tarlock might catch him off guard if all he has is deconstruction
