Premise: After Rhino destroyed a small town during a battle with Spider-man, The US military take drastic measures to take down Rhino. They send the Hulk villain Flux to take him down who was held captive, telling him his country needs him. Flux is dropped into a construction yard, where Rhino is hiding. The two spot each other and the battle begins there:

• Standard/616 versions.
• No jobbing for Rhino and Flux is mentally well.
• Win via death or KO.
• Standard gear for Rhino.
• Battle takes place in a construction yard.
• Who wins?

Who's Flux?

E list Hulk villain.

He's not very good in terms of feats either.

@professorrespect:Can you provide me a sample of what he can do.

@ljayg: He's physically capable of brawling with Hulk and Doc Samson, but his strength is static and doesn't increase with rage.

@professorrespect: So a mini Prof. Hulk. Does he have a savage mindset?

@ljayg: No, his mindset is very regressed and Banner was able to talk him down by himself. He's basically a kid in a adult's body.

Granted, he can still fight well when needed, but his mindset isn't exactly 100% rage

@professorrespect: Alright, both Rhino and Flux might have same tier durability, but isn't Rhino much stronger than Flux? I would say Rhino wins if he doesn't job

@professorrespect: most Hulk villains are sadly E list also Flux is mentally well in this fight and won’t be talked down (Even though I doubt Rhino would try to talk an opponent down)

I'd say Rhino with his gamma enhancements has better performances than Flux, but his feats aren't exactly consistent on that level of beating Grey Hulk clean.

can we consider rhino a top mid tier ?

You'd be better showing him beat up Joe Fixit.

Man Nova would have a such a better costume if he had his space mask instead of his normal mask.

Could honestly go either way.

A mentally well Flux has a shot at winning. He can't get any stronger than professor (in fact, I'd say he's slightly weaker) but his military training can compensate for that.

Rhino sucks but Flux isn't that good. I'd still back Flux though

@lilbroomstick: I wouldn’t say Rhino sucks, he’s got some pretty solid feats. Although he definitely has deteriorated over the years due to jobbing.

Nah he does have some good feats but all I can think of now is him being clowned by Spider-Man like an idiot and casually getting oneshotted by Iron Man armors. I could only consider him a low-mid tier at this point. Not some dude who can seriously trade blows with Hulk or launch people into orbit lol

That's just my opinion on the guy.
