Trading blows wont matter much as Monster Garou is not really affected by it. Garou even survived several of Saitamas punches.. Moreover, I feel scaling ONE's webcomic difficult due to the extremely rough drawings. Was anyone other than Saitama damaging Awakened Garou at all?

Darkshine broke Garou's ribcage, although after he adapted Darkshine was fodder to him.
