Can't find the scan sorry, but while in comatose he was able to contact and control john stewart. Then he was able to mentally located across speed force + by using ring power creating the path to get out.

Also when Wally was trying to counter his phasing ( also trying to use his mental weakness to fire ) just mind manipulated him ( rather they were running fast enough as J'onn rather wouldn't keep up ).

Ok u have goo d point, but with that Speed Force stuff he still was mentally keeping up. Also why Martian Manhunter cannot turn intangible, but also invisible ( human eye cannot perceive ) as he was sitting through years invisible observing life on Earth.

Lol CIS also includes how that character behaves/acts normally. Even while holding back, characters can efficiently use their abilities if he does so often consistently. You know who else has moved during a time freeze? Superman that's who. And Hal as well. And Kyle also have a feat of perceiving or reacting to something going several times the speed of light. Maybe they don't always abuse that kind of a speed. But against a foe as fast as Flash, those feats are gonna come in handy.

I think i found one of those instances. In the second scan it's clearly stated that Superman sped up his perceptions to match Flash.

I think it's absolutely natural that Flash's high end feats show speeds way beyond the rest. Again, speed is his thing. Usually Superman's high end feats involves his strength, GL's are with their constructs. When an author wants to show them overcoming their limits, they tend to pick their main power to show it.

Again, Flash is the fastest character, specially Wally, but it's not on a degree that makes the rest of his team completely useless. That would make no sense to have him on a team if the gap in power was so big.

@olubummo: It's a fair point that there are a few speed steal moments more recently but that still doesn't make them less rare.

Flash statuing Superman is massively inconsistent. Inconsistent isn't depowered. Depowered is normally a plot mechanic as part of a story.

Cyborg doesn't need to move to transport the team to hypertime. The only reason I brought it up is because if we're using high end ooc abilities with "anything goes" to win there are abilities the other JL has.

Cyborg is unique in the multiverse as the version incorporating a motherbox. That was an important part of Metal and why the dark universe Batmen were targetting him. Cyborg's transformation during that event and element x can be wanked just like Wally and the speed force.

@punyaamrit: MMH has his Planck time speed demonstrated with Perpetua. It's hard to claim Flash's mind is so fast it protects him and then ignore MMH pushing himself to that speed and then ignore Flash's inconsistent resistance to TP.

Rebirth Wally was going toe to toe with Zoom who had just one shotted the league, I think he has a pretty good chance, especially since he's bloodlusted/morals off, he could just speed steal, phase or spam lightning at the league.

although some people are still saying vineforce flash and all that but @olubummo arguments pretty much convinced me that flash is going to win here and for all the people who don't have counters to his statement please don't call it "flash wank" or something like that olubummo made some pretty decent arguments and that's what convinced me if we're honest then going by wally's feats he shouldn't be touched by anyone but people cannot accept the idea that a single member of the league can beat the whole league so they say JL wins

Has he? When has Wally fought these guys one on one? The only times I can recall is when he's mind controlled or something, but that's not really a good comparison to a bloodlusted Flash.

It's one thing to outspeed just Superman & another to outspeed Superman & Martian & Wonder Woman at the same time. He'll lose.

If Wally is morals off he simply phases Superman or just speed steals him and the league, Superman cannot beat Wally in speed, it's been pretty well established
