Flash and Weather Wizard would cream Guy and Captain Cold. Flash could take Guy's ring, and Weather Wizard has been shown as having some control over ice.
I don't think control over ice is gonna trump Captain Cold.But he can just make weather under Cold's cold field so he should still win it pretty easily.
