flash easily can phase through much tougher beings like Superman or Supergirl + they have no feats they can resist organ phasing. They cannot keep up with Flash
+ one thing in my opinion statement "Kara is inconsistent" is wrong because she consistently shows that great durability feats. Tanking continent lvl explosion without injuries, taking Superman's blitzing who can drill through ground in less than second 1 km below. Taking Reign strikes who can shake casually the planet with disastrous phenomenas in an instant. Penetrate easily mystic crystals which takes glacial mountain one shoting beam as joke. While weakened could break Nth metal by logic tougher than fortress of solitude which can contain star eater or couldn't be damaged slightly by 300 megaton bomb. Tanks easily atmosphere entries, resists time space travelling without any enhancements. Ok Cybrog Superman has beaten her because this is Cadmus tech and he has even insane feats + he actually via skill advantage has beaten her + some insane enhancements from Cadmus tech are avaible like Jeremiah could also K.O. Martian Manhunter.

So u think Barry cannot replicate Eobard's feat from dc legends where Eobard instantenously phased Atom ? He could at same time phase them two.

hmm maybe. Ok i know he can phase through consistently more durable being than them like Supergirl but u have got a point. Ok i know both cw and mcu heroes sometimes are jobbing but i think in major fights they should go all out. Flash is faster than Thor's lightning cover activation and Carol cannot react that fast. We cannot forget Flash at best is light statuer
