Aizen can cross dimensions so Obito can't BFR him, Aizen is immortal and more durable than Obito, so putting him down would be extremely difficult, and Aizen's passive spiritual crush would mean even with kamui, the second Obito tries to touch Aizen on the same plane as him he will be damaged. Obito won't be easy for Aizen to put down either, but eventually Aizen will take it.

Aizen could easily blitz him.

Asides from that, there isn’t much obito can do to put him down. Kamui’s too slow and none of his attacks would damage Aizen.

@shirso: Yeah. I could see Obito beating regular base Aizen, but once Aizen absorbs the Hogyoku and becomes immortal I have a hard time seeing Obito winning, but he could possibly win via sealing.

After looking over his feats from the war, this is indeed a very big stomp in Aizen’s favor.

aizen 1 shots, even base aizen during FKT would murder stomp obito, that is the same aizen that blocked a fully powered Getsuga from Ichigo with 1 hand and even a direct hit to his chest only manage surface injuries.

He trapped the Mizukage in genjutsu for years. People mistook Obito for Shisui his genjutsu was so good. Databook is BS if that's his ranking.

The mizukage’s thing really doesn’t add up with what we know about genjutsu, especially considering obito’s age at that time.

Genjutsu is supposed to require concentration to maintain, and for obito to maintain it for that long, especially on a jinchuriki with full control and at such a young age....

The village itself had assumed something similar Shisui's genjutsu was being used on the Mizūkage. Ao, having faced Shisui and recognized his chakra, was the only real reason people found out.

Base azien should be faster than BM naruto so. Aizen would blitzes befor he can procces anything. Similar to what he did to ichigo unless you think this obito is faster than ichigo

While I agree Obito's genjutsu skills are not trash, but actually high-tier, he didn't control the Bijuu through genjutsu. That was the six paths technique. He used chakra rods, in the same way Nagato control the Six Pains. Everything else is right though.

Son Goku notes Obito could enter into the same plane Naruto did, but he couldn't penetrate through to the connected plane the Bijū share.

Aizen should be too much for this form of Obito, but I'm not confident that Chrysalis Aizen can beat Juubito.

Aizen can counter most of obito's techniques;

- soul rip is not working on a shinigami for apparent reasons.

- kamui bfr is not working cuz aizen can travel through dimensions.

- Aizen survive other techniques (fire style, mouktun) due to immortality.

The only way obito wins is Genjutsu...

@shirso: yea so?? He can't go to kamui dimension cuz its obito's personal dimension if thats what you're tryna get at. Plus even if say obito takes Aizen to kamui dimension (not knowing Aizen can travel through dimensions) and Aizen became familiar with kamui dimension it still won't help Aizen win, why? Because in order to actually land a hit on obito one needs to be attacking a certain space from both dimensions to tag him, cuz if aizen is in kamui dimension that means obito has nothing to phase from in the real world meaning Aizen being in kamui dimension is useless. You catch my drift?

Obito has used genjutsu plenty of times, he avoided using it against Naruto because A) He spent a large amount of his power controlling the bijuu and mazo and B) Naruto also became highly genjutsu resistant after he entered BM.

None of those conditions apply here, so genjutsu is a valid strat.

I wouldn't say he would use it right off the bat or something. But I see him using it in the 3rd or 4th move to quickly end the fight.
