I'm looking at Firelord's bio and I found this...

Weaknesses: Firelord's major limitation is that his brain, still organic in perceptions and function, needs occasional sleep to resuscitate itself. A severe concussion to his body can cause temporary unconsciousness, but it would take radical molecular dispersal to kill him.

... I think that could be what gives Firestorm the win here.

I disagree, but even if Firelord does win, it's definitely not overkill.

I believe Firestorm is the victor of this epic battle.His transmutation abilities should be enough.I'm not sure you can transmute a Herald but I am aware that all Heralds don't have the same amount of power or the same exact powers.

@Jersey Devil: The thing about heralds is they were all given the same powers (roughly) they just 1. manifest there powers in different ways 2. have different levels of power. FIrelord is probably superior toFirestorm in every way except for the fact that he transmutes the elements more often. Firelord has this ability as well he just rarely uses it or isnt as adept in it. This would be a good fight. all depends if firlord can resist molecular dispersion/transmutation
