War's the main problem here. He's a strong tank that can take a lot of offence, and his axe is essentially a one shot kill if it hits anyone due to how it can infect people and keep them under his control. He can very quickly become a problem if he starts tagging guys like Wolverine or Monet.
Death's ability is really specific and would only really do damage to Wolverine, Archangel, basically anyone with metal in them or attached to them, like Cyclops.
Famine is the crowd control. He will keep anyone in close range down and defeated as long as he's drumming, allowing the other members to function without having to worry about getting attacked.
Pestilence doesn't have a lot of feats, and she's pretty much a glass cannon with terrible durability. Her bugs might be useful for killing or harassing people like Nightcrawler through.
In short, I think the Horsemen win with this layout.
