Feat wise which high/herald tier characters are most unimpressive ? (both dc and marvel )

Nova (Richard) even though he beat Annihilus his stand alone feats are pretty meh

@stezzy: Adam Warlock was never supposed to be Herald-tier before Annihilation. He lost two fights to Thor, was KO'ed by a rock throw, struggled against a 100 tonner (stated on panel) and so on and so on. Magus, his much more powerful future version was only about equal/slightly superior to 70's Thanos, who was about as strong as the Silver Surfer.

Many mention Terrax as a regular jobber. I can’t exactly say for sure personally.

Phoenix Thane is a disappointment. He isn’t even supposed to be herald tier either with the Phoenix Force at his disposal, but ‘lo and behold, he not only measures that far by feats, but they pale in comparison to a Phoenix user with a sliver of the amount of power Thane had at his disposal. By far the worst host of the Phoenix.

Martian Mahunter, he mainly gets to the Top due to TP, and while he has more versatility that other Herald tier characters, he has shit DC and durability feats

Gladiator, if you even consider him a high tier. Blue Marvel and Sentry as well. All three are inconsistent as hell (or downright unimpressive for their supposed tier).

I know, but what i mean is that he's only at Surfer's tier due to his insane TP feats, but physically he's below Thor(minus speed of course)

Is current Binary considered herald tier ?

Hyperion and Blue Marvel come to mind. In Blue Marvel’s case he’s just severely underutilized.

@huthimula: He's a high herald character that has High-tier strength and is High-Herald due to 1 ability is what i mean.

And unlike Surfer(who also has shit stats) he doesn't have DC on that level.
