I think i'll go with Sandman, there's no real way to put hum down.

venom and arachne have the same costume

I think the winner will be sandman.  The first one out is new goblin because he is the weakest.  Next would be green goblin he would just throw bombs and that wont kill sandman. Doctor octopus tentacles will protect him from them and venom will dodge them.  Sandman knocks him out of the air and kill green goblin.  Next would be doctor octopus because he tentacles wont kill sandman and venom will dodge them.  Sandman eventually beats  doctor octopus.  Then it will be down to venom and sandman.  Venom will be eventually beaten by sandman because in the movie sandman was able to hit him when venom wanted to team up.
