Faora and Zod would win. Faora already beat Silver Age Superman before in battle... and I think she would do just as well against Majestic in battle... she may even kill Majestic since she hates men so much... and Zod would put up a decent fight with Superman... but Supes wouldny be able to beat him... simply because Faora would help Zod out in defeat Kal El after she takes down Majestic
