Who wins and why?

Close battle. I'll take Sam, since he's a harder target to hit, as well as having better range with his Uzis

Probably Arrow if he plays his cards right or could end in a stalemate. Bucky hit Sam pretty easily with a grapple hook I'm sure could do the same... but only a certain distance. Depending on how high Sam stays Ollie won't be able to reach him but Sam will also have a terrible time trying to shoot Ollie. But if Sam is dumb enough to try & fight Ollie H2H HE'LL GET STOMPED HARD.

Arrow could win if he can shoot falcon's guns out of his hands then either use the grapple to go up to him or pull him down.

Arrow. He should be able to tag Wilson before Wilson can get him, but Wilson is damn fast so it will be a chore.

@uugieboogie: I dunno, Sam was fighting Crossbones to a stalemate in Winter Soldier.

That said,I'd give it to Arrow. Uzi's arent very accurate at long range, and Oliver has shown much better accuracy with his weapons.

I wouldn't call it a stalemate Crossbones had the clear advantage. & those Uzi's are pretty much useless against Ollie especially in this setting there's so much cover for him.

I wanna see a parody where Sam jumps out of the window and just gets shredded in the Helicopter rotor; I'd laugh my ass off.

Falcon isn't a novice in mid-air like Roy Palmer and Ollie struggled reacting to his blitz. I think that Sam could take this with mid-high difficulty.

This thread is becoming as contentious as all the other MCU vs Arrow Character threads...things are really gonna heat up after age of ultron.

Falcon wins. DC fans are just upset that the MCU is far better than anything that comes out of the DCCU

So, one guy has 2 uzis, can fly, and has already shown great evasive skills in the air. While the other is ground stricken and only has a bow and arrow?

I don't understand how Arrow has a chance.

Tactics is such a wildcard in fights. We can quantifiably measure strength and speed, we can compare arsenals, we can even measure martial arts skill to a degree. But tactics is almost impossible to take into consideration, as they're basically an excuse to have whoever the writer wants to win, win. If the writer wants Superman to beat Batman in a story then that's easy to make happen, but if the writer wants Batman to win he can just write Batman as outsmarting him. Tactics is something completely up to the writer, but objectively looking at Oliver's record against other superpowered and heavily equipped foes, I firmly believe that he could outsmart Falcon and bring him down rather quickly, especially when you consider how Bucky defeated him.

No Arrowverse character, yes even Flash, would beat Daredevil.

Falcon was EASILY dodging automatic gunfire and heat seeking missiles He should effortlessly be able to.avoid the arrows. This doesn't have to be a h2h fight. He can just fly up and riddle him with bullets. Oliver in no way has any chance here.

I just rewatched Sam's flight scenes. He takes this handily.

Arrow 8,5/10. He's just too skilled for Sam.

Falcon has automatic weapons, flight, military training, being black, etc. Arrow has his feats and such but this fight is a stalemate. They kill eachother 10/10. That's the only way I see this going down.
