K maybe, I didnt look at her stats here.. cause well there pretty much bull. But I got the gist of her power. Shes strong, but Spidey's fought stronger. he has more experience, is less cocky, more resouceful and craftier. I really see him winning this.

I did look at her status. But I'm pretty sure her agility isn't near spiderman level. Her strenght may be stronger then spidys own but strenght isn't everything. And yes she is smart but so is spidy. She is also has invulerability but she can still be hurt.
