extended universe complete 2nd death star w/transporters vs a borg sphere its size (no assimilation, so it's fight-only)

what it says. if necessary in order to be a fair fight it can be 29th century borg. the death star is headed up by vader & palpantine

Ok if it's just a straight fight, then the Borg Sphere is screwed because they only seem to have a paltry 11K drones aboard. This is...nothing to the DS 2 compliment, so boarding the DS 2 is out of the question for the Borg. But even moreso, can the Sphere even withstand a concentrated superlaser that can at minimum destroy fully shielded 1,200 meter ships and a maximum destroy an entire planet?
