Well actually the original Captain Marvel aka Billy Baston has now become Lord Marvel... which he is basically the embodiment of the power of Shazam the Wizard and his Captain Marvel powers... and Freddy Freeman who was Captain Marvel Jr. was given the power of Captain Marvel by Zeus but he is reffered to as Shazam now...

Etrigan is supposed to be pretty powerful, but I've never really seen him in action. I've only seen him in reign in hell, where he's described as high and mighty, and gets his a$$ handed to him by blue devil and Lobo.

On the other hand, Blue Devil and Lobo would probably own Shazam too.
