Eternals Team vs Omega level Mutants

@cosmic_reign: Because having good defenses does not equate to being more powerful. By such logic, Quentin Quire would rank above Red Onslaught because he briefly blocked Skull’s hate wave. Or that the Stepford Cuckoos are more powerful than Xavier because they were capable of blocking him in World War Hulk.

Defense is a measure of power, not the entire scaling.

Thena blocked an unfocused psychic wave from Exodus and was sweating from the exertion. She is by no means more powerful based on that alone.

The last scan comes first, where he dismisses her threats.

Then the second, where she loses it and attacks him.

And then the first scan is what happens last, where he stops the fight between the acolytes and Thena and White Tiger. It’s from Heroes for Hire 8 and Exodus wasn’t fighting at all that entire time.

Thena has good feats, but none that put her firmly above Exodus.

Attacking a person when their off guard isn't really impressive, Erik was preoccupied with You know the sudden appereance of his dead Daughter. And got surprised attacked by Northstar , it wasn't a 1v1 straight up fight. Erik's attention was directed elsewhere.

An on guard Magneto already one-shotted a Character on Northstars speed that being quicksilver , and he would've one-shot Northstar as well if it wasn't for the interference of Jean and Rachel.

Lol at Erik loosing first. Trying to use feats from an off guard Magneto who's attention is directed elsewhere to prove your point is just sad. ...

Erik One-shots Makari just like he did quicksilver. (As long as Erik isn't preoccupied with something else , Makari isn't a threat to Mags)

Omega’s win solidly with Magneto’s defenses(which is able to react to the speedsters), Iceman’s survivability and flash freeze, Jean’s telepathy, and Storm doing…..something….

I believe each Omega Mutant can at least take out at least one of the Eternals.

As long as they don't have to fight Celestials Jean can video game control them to beat eachothers asses, as they are nothing to mutant telepaths (their words paraphrased) , and that's including like all of them vs 1 to 3 that aren't Jean.

Yeah... the way the Xtelepaths were soloing the Uni mind.

Jean could finish this on her own. Though she would probably need Protection from her teammates while she breaks through the firewalls in the Eternals minds

Makkaris a problem tho.

But Magneto and Iceman are the best bets against her. I think Magneto and Storm have the best reactions on the mutant team (tracking/reacting to stuff like lightning and light), while iceman has outlier feaats where he's freezing the speed of light, time and reality
