@xdragon2002: King Piccolo was confirmed to be city/nuke level in the guide book and manga. He doesn't scale to full power Roshi's kamehameha either. He is only stronger than regular Roshi. The reason Roshi probably didn't use his buff form is probably the same reason the buff ssj form didn't work on Cell.

@animefreak1: While it's an outlier, it doesn't have to be discounted. Roshi gets a huge power boost in his buff form, and he had a long time to charge up a massive kamehameha. The power level of the attack could have easily been 500-1000 which would be around Piccolo's attack that destroyed the moon.

The way I see it

King Piccolo (power level 260): city+

Piccolo 23rd budokai (power level around 300): island+

Piccolo BOZ (power level around 400): country

Piccolo with a charged up ki blast (around 1000): moon

piccolo didn't even charged up the blast plus your making up random powerlevels, piccolo basically uses king piccolo's moves at the time.

Its not that master roshi's attack is an outliner, you just got to you common sense, none of the z fighters at the time can barely even make kamehameha or dodan ray to destroy the world tournament stage. All you really say is king piccolo don't have an attack comparable to max kamehameha which is bs and the only reason its debatable, due to the no moon

there is no power lvl chart calculating every thing it takes to destroy a celestial object. And buff master roshi powerlevel was 180.

Lets be real here the only ones shown to effect the country in fairy tail is irene, august and brandonish. but its more just like an ablity/ spell. but as far as pure power attack and defense (literally getting harmed by cana , except for irene's dragonform)they are fodders to someone that complete destroy city with an single, not even Acnologia shown capable of such a feat, and its duarible is unknown since he basically just eats up magic.

Roshi needed his buff form and a huge charge up to destroy the moon. King piccolo showed superiority over normal Roshi who wouldnt be able to charge up and land such a long charged move on him. We have no reason to scale the king to that feat. I don’t think piccolo had to charge up to actually destroy the moon but he was significantly stronger than anyone from DB so that’s not surprising. He had a power level of 408 in the raditz fight and we can assume he got at least a little stronger between then and the moon feat so we can call it an even 500 which isn’t a surprising power level to destroy a moon with some effort (he is breathing heavy after so it took some decent power to do)

King piccolo attacks where just as destructive on earth as master roshi's max kamehameha, and even stated he can one shot region in the manga, and the wlord tournament island in the guides books stated to be of a small continent.

moon bustering attack not even needed a city bustering attack is more than enough for erza.

You do realise it would take thousands of small nukes to destroy a city right. Not even an tzar bomb can't evaporate an entire city (downtown area at best) in to nothing. And is thousands times more powerful than fat man and little boy combined. fat man and littleboy is bigger than a small nuke and its area of effect radius is only like 1.3 km

erza lightning time ok but lightning speed combat speed hell no the feats try to highball arc when they fought laxus was contradicted and poves you don't even need to be as fast to side stop an attack. the arc after natsu and grey where getting speed blitzed by eraser and he lied and say he was as fast as lightning. Laxus lightning speeds and till hit characters far beyond on the tartaros arc and speed of tartaros wasn't erza hit by a lightning base attack by kyouka and she was getting her ass wooped by irene's enchanced soldiers, till makrou killed 100ks of them with fairy law. You really think fairy law going to work on king piccolo lmfao. Just forgot erza is just a mary sue and needs help to beat characters stronger than her (SADLY THAT PLOT ARMOR aint working out the author's knowlege). You got people trying to say natsu flt for reacting sting, if they where truely flt, na even just lightning half of the attacks in the final arc would be useless and would not need those dumb Exceeds to travel. So they can attack super-hypersonic in short bursts, but don't even need to make an blur to side step an projectile base attack, and they still hit can get hit by slow ass attacks like missile. So pretty you much say the series inconsistent af. The only one that give king piccolo problems speed wise is Dimaria Iesuta with time stop unless her magic can be overpowered like brandish.

3.) how the hell you fans calculated that meteorite to be near speed of light with no confirmed distance giving, Plus it was breaching few the fking atmosphere for a few pages. The distance is mostly like shorter than the moon and it takes light 1.3 seconds) Just to be nice i give the average speed around 45,000 - 170,000 mph still slower than lightning.
