Ehhh...Peter has H2H feats (such as contending with the chicken on main occasions for long periods of time). Cartman struggled with a midget. Having said that, Cartman when he has prep and when he doesn't job is a beast.

Peter has much better feats, this isn't a fight.

Peter when not jobbing for humor is a serious peak human street leveler, based on his fights with the Chicken, Lois, and Homer, and all the miscellaneous strength and durability feats he has.
