Prime All might should scale to country level since weaker all for one can destroy an island and Deku and Bakugo currently scale to Mountain/Island level
Not mention how casually he can blow away cities with punches while weakened and on a time limit.
Current Eren is featless and I don't see how he could ever perceive or tag All Might in a million years. It doesn't matter how big he is when All Might can take him apart piece by piece. Which isn't to say he can't just one-shot.

All Might roflstomps Attack Titan Eren. Too fast, too strong.
Founding Titan Eren is featless, but he's pretty massive (1 km in height iirc). Animefreak wasn't completely wrong about the continental thing, as the Eren has control over the hundreds of thousands of Wall Titans which are pretty easily destroying the AOT world right now.
I can see All Might taking the first round and a 50/50 the second. It's hard to imagine All Might taking out 600k Colossal Titans, and while it may be easy to say that he'd solo all of them, putting that into perspective is a different thing. 600,000 titans...idk about that.
@animefreak1: You wouldn't call that a continental feat.
X character using an extended amount of other characters or tools over extended time periods to eventually result in X destructive feat isn't equal to that feat.
Just an example, not saying the busting-levels are correct: People call characters like All For One city block, because he destroyed a city block with an attack. You dont give him time or the combined efforts of all his Nomu, to eventually destroy a city and call him city buster.
Do you know what continental busting is right? Fucking destroy to oblivions which eren isnt doing. All he going to do is continental wipe it not bust it. Comic vine here folks
@megafanflash You're right about it being overtime, but what would you put the busting-tier of 600k Colossal Titans attacking all at once (even though they won't be fighting AM together)?
@senate: Its really hard too say, right. 600k Colossal titans cant attack the same exact spot at the same exact time. It wouldn't or couldn't translate to an attack against one specific human sized character.
Its REALLY impressive, but I dont see how it can be used in that way in a battle like this.

@senate: Yeah, true, taking out all the colossals would take time. But that's not really related to the battle. Since Eren and AM start 1000 meters apart and defeating Eren equals victory. All Might doesn't have to touch the colossals, but you're not arguing that part.
Again though, I dont think that's how we scale or should scale characters.

Not only that but thats the combined destruction caused by 10 000 000 million of them attacking for days. This is pretty much saying a general can be scaled to city level since he can command a huge army to destroy cities in a war.

Prime All might doesn't transform into a weak form right? Since he doesnt have to transform into his weak form i cant see Eren or Colossals ever doing damage. He can rest and get back to beating them and there would be nothing Eren can do to prevent him from doing that.
I don't think thats how "busting levels" are used. At least in vast majority of debating communities. In general they are what a character can do with a single attack and not what they can do by rampaging for days, especially not with help from underlings.
All Might has been scaled to country level when highballed in his prime, founding titan Eren by his own hasn’t showed much either than scaling massively above colossal titans which could whipe out a city, with the army of colossal titans by his side he’s prob continental so Eren has a massive advantage in terms of attack power while All Might has an overwhelming advantage in terms of speed as he can scale to light speed. It could go either way, if All might has intel on the only way to kill the titans which is their neck then he could prob blitz, if he tries to out damage them he’s toasted. 50/50 I’d say.
I don't know what's funnier, Country level All Might or Continent level Eren.
I'd say Continent level Eren, because it doesn't even relate to any feat he can perform, but only on his army of underlings. Country level All Might can at least be argued by strange scaling/high-balling of a single character
As we have already seen in the latest chapter that the cringevengers were already overpowering the founding titan and almight would Blitz and one shot them under 10 seconds
