@ourmanuel: I covered that in my original post, he's not fast or durable enough to survive long enough for him to use such an attack.

Toneri was matching BSM "The Last" Naruto who can be calculated at 4-5 digit mach range which is his casual speed, as he accomplished the feat in his SM and we all know BSM (which Toneri matched) his a huge boost in speed.

And again Toneir has zero durability feats.

@keychain: toshiro isn’t some fodder char, I’m pretty sure he can keep up with toneri. Plus, all he has to do is flash freeze him from a distance like he did to Gerard.

You say he can keep up with Toneri but feats but Toneri on BSM level which is above mach 11,000 as SM Naruto matched an attack moving at said speed. So if we low ball and Say BSM is a 2x boost (massive low ball, CM is 10x) that's still mach 22,000.

Toshiro needs 4 seconds activate his ability. If he can dodge for those 4 seconds he takes this.

@faradaysloth: in the same movie we see what Naruto's chakra does when it's removed, it left a country sized hole on the Moon and that wasn't even a concentrated blast, Naruto used 50% of Chakra and foucsed it into is hand, which was enough to overpower a Continental attack, I'd say it's way above city level, you're trying to use visuals as fact which is just wrong because we cant even see the total damage, it takes up the whole screen and very obviously keeps going after that, so you don't even how big the crater was.
