If disintegration is the only thing Yuno can do then Sasuke wins this, mid diff, six paths Sasuke can resist TSB disintegration which is superior to Onoki's dust release.

Yuno can’t beat Sasuke, he doesn’t have the AP, at the maximum scale Yuno gets to multi-continental, and there are some multi-continental calcs out there for BC

But BSM Naruto was parrying multi-continental attacks from Juubito with ease, It would basically be a fly vs a human at this point.

It doesn't matter if her travel speed doesn't scale, you're missing the point. It scales to her punching speed and base Asta outran her punches so his travel speed scales.

Word the feat correctly please, it's not just dodging attacks from an FTL character, he statued more than 30 FTL attacks from 2 characters with ease. Also, the movement amp doesn't matter. I notice that you're only seeing stuff at surface level. This FTL+ feat was done by Elf Arc Yuno, who gets outclassed in every category by current Base Yuno. So him using an "amp" (it's just Mana Zone really) doesn't prove that Current Yuno doesn't upscale from that.

Increasing your magic in BC gives a boost in both power and speed to your magic, that's how Zora's Counter Trap Spell works.
