@marplay: That is wrong given the entire portion of Skypeia having four existing Islands which still isn't sufficient to take over its entire area. All of Skypiea would have been vaped, even the vast bodies of clouds that extend a large area which is dense enough to block out sun light. There is no evidence of 5km-10km Skypiea, if so sight that out otherwise you're blabbering nonsense.

Angel Island easily has a 2 km diameter size and Enel was have stated to vape a vast open of its Sea Clouds, which again expands massively. Skypiea visually dwarfs Angel Island or any of the Islands near it. "10km" is a massive lowball. I'm sure if I took the time of gathering visuals and comparisons, there would be an estimate.

Raigos AOE,DC &AP is determined by how much dark clouds it absorbs and as you can see those dark clouds dwarfs the raigo ball and upper yard ...so raigos Could be as powerful as much as enel wants it to be.

Well, apparently Raigo can be as powerful as Enel wants it to be so if he wants it to be multiversal, it'll be that XD.

The Raigo can't get higher than 18288 m radius because it would overlap to the surface.
