People not realising FT high tiers & above are Quad-Quint Mach and are Small Country level at minimum(scaling to Erza, Wahl, Other Spriggan members, Normal Natsu and many more), whilst Enel got his ass kicked and blitzed by a Gearless, Pre-timeskip Luffy XD.

All of this & even then with the most amount of possible downplay imaginable(which is wrong) Laxus still stomps since he's immune to everything Enel does and can just force him out of intangibility through consuming him, that's assuming he doesn't just...blitz him first.

Dragon Slayers can physically interact with their element. Logia body won't save Enel from Laxus punches. Plus Laxus RL is superior to Enel's lightning so yeah Enel gets fodderized.

Laxus dominates him. Immunity to lightning, can eat his element so Enel is just an endless power supply, and can interact with his element which would help him with hitting Enel.

Laxus has Red Lightning so he can use the approach Akainu used on Ace, other than that its wait for Enel to tire himself out which would happen and because laxus can eat lightning he will always be at 100%.

Yeah I think Laxus has the advantage with Red lightning. The superior elements weakness of devil fruits kicks in
