some stuff that lead me to this conclusion:

A: skepia arc luffy was faster than lightning.

B: enel was not as fast as lightning.

i can't believe the one piece community got so bad to that point they think luffy was faster than lightning in base during skypia arc. and that some people are saying enel wasn't as fast as lightning, like wtf?

A) a Light-man (kizaru) is as fast as light (officially),, so why wouldn't a lightning man be?. use your brains for god sake.

B) there is not a single feat that puts luffy at the sub relativistic range. at best, hypersonic. at G 4/2.

anyway. enel precog doffs and el thor him. done. fanboys can spam but that will only lead to their ban.

in4 smoker > enel. because smoker bested luffy pre time skip.

What about Doflamingo's Birdcage? Even Fujitora couldn't cut through it. Also, Doflamingo has an haki advantage.

@pantheon-slayer: also enel is a retard. He allowed someone like pre-timeskip luffy to defeat him and luffy at that time didn't know armanent haki. Why would enel get defeated by a non-haki user?

enel is a lightning man, he can pass through it. if you mean that enel can't attack while doff is inside of it, then again, enel is a ''lightning man'' whose power is lightning. they will just pass through it and one-shot doff to death.

Why would Luffy need armament haki to beat enel?. it's like saying Luffy needs that to beat and defeat crocodile?. and yet he didn't. you should know how he beat either of them if you watched the show/read properly.

Enel has superior DC and DF, any of lightning attacks can definitely one-shot Doffy, considering how Shock fried his insides. Enel’s casual attacks at at least city-level.

Doflamingo’s physical stats would overwhelm him. Pre Gear time-skip Luffy was casually tagging Enel, while Doflamingo was keeping up with post time-skip Gear 4 Luffy. Doffy would destroy Enel in CQC.
