I mean he can grab stormbreaker or cull weapon from endgame battle and use aganist the kryptonian.

So Thanos has this plus, multiple weapon or something to create.

If Iron Man can make Thanos bleed, then four Kryptonians would cripple him.

How is locating stones and gatherim them a prep feat ? How much time it took for his minions to find the locations of those stones ? And after that, how much time it took for them to gather all of them ?

He was looking for them since Garona was a kid, or even before that.

First MCU movie and Endgame has 16 year gap. So to locate and gather 6 stones, he needed much more time than 16 year.

Thanos in a hard fight due to numbers.

He still has a Vibranium+ level sword that can tank lightning and one shot any of them. Add the size, skill and strenght advantage and he should win after a good fight.

Yes, one round is when they put him down with extreme high diff (not sure if they do it) one round is when they BFR him and the other round is when they blitz and kill him with his sword.

He wins this fight with a little more difficulty because he needs to destroy Faora and Nam-Ek masks before dealing with Zod or Clark, but given that he busted Nano Tech armor who tanked a meteor and a hit that sent him multiple city blocks, it wont be a problem.
