Considering vibranium's 2 best durability feats which are > DD's nuke feat, Thanos should be able to slice and dice.

With only pre nuke feats it would be an interesting fight. DD still has solid building level striking easily but he isn't anywhere near as impressive as his post nuke self. Still though I guess maybe DD would take it.

Round 2 Thanos oneshots with the powerstone.

R1 Doomsday. Thanos will start the fight stronger but DD will adapt and eventually win. He can't put it down with just punches.

R2 Can go either way. They seem to be evenly matched with Thanos having advantage due to sword but then again DD has that spike which killed Superman (and could possibly hurt Thanos with it).

Thanos stole Magneto's helmet. He wins.
