Cap knocked him feet away with just an uncharged Mjolnir strike. Twice hit him with tiny lightning bolts and he was down for couple seconds, groaned/screamed in pain. Couldn't even avoid Cap's strikes even though he already saw him from a distance away. Punches Thor that don't even pack enough force behind to break the stone Thor is on, let alone any shock-waves. Pain tolerance is pathetic, was like crying when Wanda went ham on him. Sluggish speed compared to any DCEU Kryptonian.

Beating a fat, out of shape, both mentally and physically, Thor, who's way slower than pre-time skip and for some reason never used his cloak or powers, is not a good measure of judging his stats. Even Carol, for some reason went in CQC, when she should have been bull-rushing him and blasting him back to back. Taking two tiny lightning bolts doesn't make him Hela level durable because even Mk4 took the former and was more than fine afterwards.
