What the hell am I reading? Thanos' ships being stronger and faster than UNSC vessels? That's an outright lie, a MAC would perforate that ship like Swiss cheese at superior ranges it could only dream of. UNSC stomps on the ground too especially since they have Spartans, nuclear weapons and overall superior tech as well as logistics and organization. There is nothing Thanos' army brings to bear that the UNSC haven't already dealt with.

Then you have the leviathans, that are basically space tanks. They can tank huge amounts of firepower, and can destroy ships/buildings just by flying through them casually. There is also the possibility that Thanos’s army has infinite amount of troops, since we never see an end to his army. His army killed most of the other teams army (which had millions-billions of troops) and still had tons left.

So basically you have (possibly) an infinite amount of flying tanks, regular ships that casually travel from the earth to space that also leave small craters with normal weaponry. The UNSC obviously beats Thanos’s army in travel speed (and some weaponry), but that’s basically it.

@aweirdgamer1: That is wrong on so many levels. The UNSC has access to nuclear weapons, MACs which accelerate a projectile to Relativistic speeds, hundreds of Archer missiles, and more. Small craters and destroying buildings aren't shit, in fact for a warship that's weak. Tanking gunfire and small explosives? Are you serious? A UNSC escort ship can do better than that. Leviathans are fodder just like the rest of Thanos' army.

Just because we don't know the official number of Thanos' army doesn't make them infinite, stop making them sound like the damn Tyranids or Flood. Reach alone had nearly 400 million troops stationed on it, all of which had better equipment and training than anything in Thanos' army. And since this is the UNSC at its strongest they are going to have much, much more than that. The MCU team has no significant advantage here at all.

And this isn't even getting into the fact that the UNSC has already fought an army with better versions of essentially everything their opponents in this battle have. They matched and even exceeded a superior alliance of multiple races in many aspects on the ground and while they got stomped in space they were still facing ships that could glass planets with ease. Show me anything in Thanos' army doing that.

How are the UNSC going to compete with ships that can go from earth-space in seconds. They can’t . And what makes you think Thanoses ships can’t just blow up those missles? You have (possibly) millions of ships that can take down buildings easily, rapid firing at missles that can be destroyed just as easliy. bruh where are you getting these numbers from dude. We've seen ONLY one big ship, his little rings were not hard to take down, UNSC has targeting systems you are aware of this right, you are aware they have dodged half the speed of light right from covenant torps that travel at those speeds? Speeds that are far beyond what we've seen from Thanos.

Spartans can carry a 1 megaton football sized nuke and toss it into the levies mouths, they have mammoths that fire huge ass slugs at targets and can hit them from miles away, they have long range plasma artillery, etc. I don't think you understand the sheer numbers the UNSC brings heavily outweighs thanos's army.....

A detonation with half the yield of the ones in standard use by UNSC forces did all of this, but you know, small craters.

My point macs don't even matter, the UNSC on every ship has superior fire power and different means of firepower. The UNSC operates via firing archer missiles first and then laying down mac rounds or nukes or wahtever they need after. Archer missiles do more damage that what we've seen from thanos's ships. I told you repeatedly time and time again the UNSC posses A.I's that allow the UNSC despite being crap in space compared to the Covenant, to CHALLENGE the Covenant. The Covenant's main weapons being plasma torps can not only give off emp effects but are capable of one shotting UNSC ships, but can also if they miss turn said torps around to kill UNSC ships the same way a heat seeking missile misses it target thus turns around to nail it from behind. The UNSC was fighting that and although they were losing famous A.I's super smart A.I's were giving the Covenant a run for their money. This is BEFORE the UNSC received a technological upgrade due to the discovery of Forerunner weaponry. Thanos is out matched his army's, his ships, his fleet, is featless

@aweirdgamer1: Actually, I'd like to apologize, I thought you knew about the UNSC (and 40k for that matter) based on how you structured your response and were just lowballing them so that Thanos' army could compete. It's hard to tell sometimes and I admit it was rather rude of me.

That being said if you limit the UNSC's options and give their opponents the Black Order(or do they have them here already?) then you have an actual fight that can be argued either way. Just restrict UNSC ships and limit the number of Spartans, in fact generally specifying the numbers of troops and equipment both sides have helps make these battles a lot more clear and easier to debate for either way.

@aweirdgamer1: His army isn't weak, its featless. We have no idea how it stacks up against other foes because we've never seen them operate against other foes other then the Avengers and other featless foes. The problem with the MCU is due to the lack of feats for other armies which is a shame

So the Chitari, Darkriders, and the Black Hand vs the UNSC..? In space, the UNSC stomps negative difficulty. On the ground (No ships) the UNSC would have trouble but ultimately the Thanos Army doesnt have the numbers. UNSC at their height during th Covenant war had probably Billions of Soldiers and hundreds of Spartans if not thousands, when you combine the IIs and IIIs

UNSC slaughters in space and comfortably win on the ground. Vastly outnumber Thanos' army, just as if not more experienced, considerably superior technology & weaponry, and overall just more badass. However, if Thanos is there he might be able to turn it into a win for his army. Giving the UNSC the Spartan IIs and IIIs is just unfair.
