Mjolnir would only give Cap base Thor's power. It took that massive Odinforce amp for Thor to win the Ragnarok encounter though
BUT Hulk can't counter Cap just placing mjolnir on his chest and pinning him immobile... At which point Cap could just take his Vibranium shield to Hulk's face repeatedly for literally however long it takes
@ecgelsv: if I'm not mistaken, when Steve was fighting Thanos with Mjolnir, he was punching Thanos and causing him to react.
We can compare this to the combo attack he did to Thanos at the end of Infinity War where Thanos just stood there and barely registered any force being dealt to him.
Cap probably wins this. The striking power Mjonlir grants him is enough to damage the Hulk, as is the lightning.
Even at base, Cap possesses a shield capable of pretty much negating all of the force behind the Hulk's attacks. Which is already enough to let him face the Hulk and survive in a normal encounter, albeit with no method of winning. Add to that the boosts of Mjonlir, and his offense can match his defense.

@ecgelsv: then that's proof enough. If Steve was just at regular super soldier levels then Thanos would've reacted like in Infinity War.
But even if it was a knee instead of a fist, causing Thanos to react in a significant way proves that Steve's physicals were increased beyond his normal super soldier levels.
Cap because Russo Force. They literally made him out to be a mid tier in physicals considering he survived getting hit by Thanos on multiple occasions, and he hurt Thanos a lot more than Hulk did.
Didn't the Russo's confirm that Thanos didn't use the power stone against Hulk? Cap did pretty well against base Thanos. Hulk is nerfed heavily for writing purposes( I assume). Russo Cap pulls the most obscure win possible 10/10.
@bearderby: C'mon, there's not way Cap is doing worse than Loki here. Hulk blitzed Loki, Thanos was untouchable to Hulk after the initial surprise attack, and Cap consistently tagged a focused Thanos.
Caps skill with Mjolnir was impressive but there’s nothing he can do to take Hulk out. Thor gave Hulk a full powered swing with Mjolnir and Hulk ate it and just got more angry... Cap will piss Hulk off then Hulk will kill Cap.
Hulk destroys. Hulk has already tanked hits comparable to Mjolnir being swung by Thor, who is hundreds of times stronger than Captain America. And Hulk could land one hit and that’d be it.
