cap wasn't very experienced with the hammer + his shield wouldn't be very effective against fenris

the hulk struggled with fenris as well if hulk hadn't pushed fenris into the water it would've defeated hulk

With Mjolnir, Cap will win. Mjolnir can easily put the dog down. And Cap can seemingly use the hammer better than Thor could (more tactically and more smoothly). Not to mention Cap would possess the power of the Thor, so relatively easy win for him no less.
