At full potential, I say Raven is number one, who's powers are not just magical but mystical and psionic too.

At base levels, I go with the majority and say Circe is on top (especially if we talk exclusively about magic power levels however I am not quite familiar with her). Anyway I want to know how fast are all these using their powers, because I believe Raven might be the fastest on the draw, which might give her an advantage even at base level.

Full potential means Raven demon form and Circe with Hecate's power which is multiversal, Wanda with life force/ full Chthon chaos magic

At standard power levels Circe should be the winner

Assuming base power levels:

Circe, Zatanna, Scarlet Witch, Raven, Enchantress

Full potential might means demon (basically an abstract being, the incarnation of the sin of pride, the most powerful and one who control the other deadly sins) or white Raven, which do have an omniversal empathy feat. Also it was revelead lately that Trigon (but Raven too) is one and the same in every reality, and if he can get access to all of them in the same time, he will take over them in the same time. And Raven at her peak can come close to Trigon power levels.

Wanda iirc couldn't even eliminate all mutants back then.

I am not familiar with Hecate,s power, which I need to see evidences that it can compete with Trigon's one.

Also, at base level powers I need to see how fast they use their powers because some might be (much) faster than others and take them down before they can sue their powers. And here Raven is someone who can match her powers at the speed of Flash/Kid Flash

She predates the sphere of gods, can utilize magic in its entirety and even derive magic from the dark multiverse. Has required teams of Spectre, Dr fate, Phantom Stranger, zatanna etc all joining their power to defeat her (WOTG). Beat multiversal beings such as Rama Kushna in her place of her power, Has been retconned as the being who gave magic to the lords (lords of order , chaos , greek gods etc) , her dark twin (the other kind) was so powerful that Silver city and hell closed their gates to earth to prevent the other kind having entry and destroying these realms.

you sleep a lot for zatanna and raven, people. you underestimate them a lot, when they can do much more. circe would only come first if she had the hecate magic, otherwise, circe was somewhat less powerful. wanda doesn’t have the life force power anymore, so I don’t understand this obsession of saying that she “steps” on a creature (raven) that is considered the nexus for realities or in circe, that even without the power of hecate , it must be at the level beyond or at the same level as zatanna. I won't even mention in the enchantress that she was told by Madame Xanadu that she could destroy the world. wanda is still vulnerable and, having said that, she is easily manipulated by a person with empathy (raven) or telepathy (zatanna).

The winners are between Wanda, Circe, and Raven for me. I'll support Wanda for this.

1. Circe (if using Hecate)

2. Zatanna (if using Chaos Magic, also defeating Pralaya , who is God aspect that putting everything on Multiverse even the Presence on the eternal sleep. Can be top as She defeating Upside Down Man, the other side of Hecate)

3. Raven (can be top with Future State version)

4. Scarlet Witch (her HoM is pretty impressive but the other has experiences against being above the multiverse level )

5. Enchantress (don't know much about her feats)

1- Circe

2- Wanda

Others can be listed randomly

1- Raven for sure if we look at her Future State development (basically reaching her full power potential)

2-probably Circe (with Hecate)

3-4- between Zatanna and Wanda

5- Enchantress

Right now Raven is the most powerful, and the writers confirmed her to be above hectate and Perpetua. The writer made it very clear .

The unkindness literally stomped everything in DC and would probably wreck havoc in marvel. And Chao's zatanna might come in second, well at I think she does?

I’d say Amora beats Raven(she’s too young and naive and Enchantress is 100 times more inteligent) Wanda beats Amora(but really intense fight) Zatanna beats Wanda (easy) and Zatanna beats Circe. WINNER ZATANNA

@bigbaby: I think Wanda has Circe beat at base levels. Zatanna comes first due to knowledge. Raven and Wanda in my opinion stalemate on second. Raven currently was a teacher of magic and both at base levels sit on serious levels. Wanda, I mean freaking absorbed what's his name I can never spell. Raven was able to keep the most powerful entities in FS canon absorbed until they corrupted her which in turn had her feed off evil. Current Raven ain't the one and neither is Wanda.
