sue's force fields are capable of blocking out tp, regardless of who it's from. his level of tp isn't stronger or even on par with the likes of jean or emma, so yes not only will she "resist" it, but she'll block it out entirely. her force fields are incredibly durable and can block out many things (even radiation) and even withstand many things, so he's not passing or destroying it. she is way way way more capable of beating him than her, not to mention she can also go invisible.
