Round one is closer, but I don't see anyone on T1 being able to counter Spectrum. However, if T2 takes the initiative of taking out Monica first then I think they win in a morals on encounter.
Round two, I truly think Black Bolt solos. People seriously underestimate how easy it is for that man to body entire groups of people at once while bloodlusted. Even without him, I feel like Sue/Photon/Wanda could pretty handily take out Emma/Storm/Magneto/Magik/Hope.
Both Rounds, Hope is a deciding factor in how this plays out.
Since Juggernaut is not a mutant, Hope probably isn’t gonna be mimicking his powers. (Unless we count AvX as proof of Hope using other powers outside of mutants, in which the team wins no contest). If Hope can stay in the fight, the team wins.

Juggs would indeed beat Herc but he can still stalemate him long enough since his strength outclasses even the likes of Thor. Assuming you're talking about regular Hercules.

She only froze time against someone as fast as Thor because he was dealing with Alex and her combined beam. He was already occupied with the beam so when Alex left Wanda froze him while he was stationary from the beam struggle. That was highly circumstantial and not something she could do to a legitimate speedblitz.
