EMH Thor baby shakes those two.
EMH Thor vs MCU Thor and DCEU Superman
Why?
EMH thor has feats not comparable to these two. even with the striking power that both movie guys showed. i dont think that EMH thor would have a problem. and EMH is not a jobber thor. he uses everything in his arsenal from what i can remember
Slowing down a falling Manhattan Island and he was able to summon a continental storm.
Is that enough?
Mcu thor is a town/island buster
Dceu superman is a building buster
Emh thor is about 10 times those put together
Not to mention durability, skill, etc
@del_torro: AA Thor can't break a Kree door, EMH Thor can solo the Kree army easily.
I actually heard that...well, this could be false, but DCEU Clark doesn't more powerful feats..but more on the same level..which is..disappointing..
@justiceleague1: Oh that would be very surprising. I really thought they would give him a boost. I guess we'll have to see.
@justiceleague1: What have you heard?
@darkpsychiclord_prime: what does he do ?
EMH Thor solos with no difficulty whatsoever nobody in the DCEU or MCU minus Thanos with the IG, Dormammu, & Ego can put up any sort of fight against him.
@_kingoflatveria: What’s stopping Superman from heat visioning into Thor’s eyes?
@_kingoflatveria: What’s stopping Superman from heat visioning into Thor’s eyes?
- Entirely in character move
- The fact that Thor obviously has bad heat resistance
@_kingoflatveria: Of course it’s out of character haha, but combatants are bloodlusted. If Clark cannot hurt Thor as you say, he’ll resort to unorthodox methods, such as this. It’s one thing to resist heat across your body, but the eyes are always a weak spot. Not to mention, Thor never even took anything near as hot as 10 000 degrees Fahrenheit, which was the stated temperature of Superman’s HV.
but combatants are bloodlusted.
which means Clark will act out irrationally not gain higher brain functions

no not really, this sounds like reaching
It’s one thing to resist heat across your body, but the eyes are always a weak spot.
fairly certain Thor tanked the Quinjet's thruster fire which was powerful enough to accelerate it into space and his eyes were unprotected
Not to mention, Thor never even took anything near as hot as 10 000 degrees Fahrenheit, which was the stated temperature of Superman’s HV.
the same source that said that also said Supes tanked 300 decibels
He doesn't need higher brain functions to realize that he must go for Thor's weak spots. 10 year olds can figure that one out.
Why is it reaching? Clark wants to kill Thor. He can't do it by snapping his neck or punching. So, he uses heat vision on Thor's eyes, or in his throat.
If you're referring to the instance when Thor was under Purple Man's mind control, the blast hit him from behind.
I think the source was the official guidebook, not that video. And Superman did take 300 decibels, though it's an outlier.

again bloodlusted means attacking irrationally, you are twisting its definition so Superman can stand a chance
Why is it reaching?
cuz he's never even attempted anything like it so why would he do it while attacking irrationally?

I wasn't

it was the video

my point exactly, the vid said he took 300 decibels and that's obviously not true everything else now looks uncredible. You also can't just use guidebook for facts without there being any evidence to support it

Look at your definition. It's the uncontrollable desire to kill. Does it say anything about significantly decreased intellect? And again, he'd do it even if he was stupid.
cuz he's never even attempted anything like it so why would he do it while attacking irrationally?
He's never attempted to do anything like that because he didn't have to. Faora and Nam Ek? He could beat them with brute force, and did not want to kill. Zod? He could had to kill him, but he wasn't fast enough to HV his eyes, and he didn't have to - the neck snap was easier. Doomsday? He wasn't fast enough. Justice League? He fodderized them anyway. Steppenwolf? He could toy with him.
I wasn't
Enlighten me.
it was the video
True.

The writers intended for it to be 300 decibels, how is it not true? And what does the decibel feat have to do with his heat vision? If you find a small error in a website, it doesn't suddenly mean that everything else on the website is fallacious.
But sure, let's forget the statement. Superman melted steel with his HV, meaning that it is at least 2500 degrees hot.
EMH Thor one-shots.
FOR MIDGARD!!!

FOR MIDGARD!!!
Verily, good sir!
Slowed down the descent of a city, and destroyed multiple city blocks with his lightning. Solo'd the Kree army, solo'd multiple Kree sentinels which were giving the Avengers trouble. His clash with Frost Giants was creating massive shockwaves capable of wiping out buildings in its vicinity.
I'm sure there's more, but that's what I can remember for now. It's been a while..
@_kingoflatveria: What’s stopping Superman from heat visioning into Thor’s eyes?
The fact that if a New York buster laser to the face didn't blind him, Superman's weak HV that can't even hurt bloody Cyborg will not do a thing to him.
@rudebomberboy01: Well, I say Thor mostly because I no remember he survived the city-busting beam and survived and his lightning feat which made a large part of Manhatten cease to exist.

When did that happen?

Didn't he redirect it with his own power?
Anyway, Superman doesn't need this dirty trick to win. If you analyze the combatants feat for feat, you'll see that they're actually pretty damn close, with Superman perhaps holding the advantage. Having MCU Thor here with a weapon that can arguably one-shot his EMH counterpart, I don't see how the duo loses.
@bladeoffury: so basically, your argument relies on a totally out of character move from Superman that is questionable if it'd even work?
I'm done lol agree to disagree then. I don't feel like going back & forth.
