(I am guessing that the consensus is that Jinx would be better in a straight fight, so I'm giving Elektra the gear to even it up. Let me know where you fall on that, I'm open to editing.)

Battle takes place in the cartoon Autobots' crashed Ark, which is depopulated, starting at 30'.

In character, believing the other to be a dangerous enemy. Win by any means.

Who wins and why?

I think jinx, 1, because she has better weapons.

2, electra has hardly any feats.

Please note that in this battle, as described in the OP, Jinx has no weapons.

Elektra is not lacking feats. Please see this post for a description. These include defeating 3 adult Chaste when she was a child; having the advantage over Stick; defeating 20 Hand at once; fighting Nobu about as well as Matt; and eventually temporarily one-shotting Nobu, putting him on the ground for as long as he was KOed the two times he was knocked off a ledge--something Matt was never able to do by hand (instead needing to drop him off ledges twice).

@Owie: if jinx has no weapons I think electra wins.

I should say that, in Jinx's defense, she was basically able to fight toe to toe with Snake Eyes, and Snake was fast enough to individually shoot down large numbers of simultaneously-thrown shuriken from maybe 20' away, and Skae Eyes was himself equivalent to Storm Shadow who cut a bullet in half that was fired from maybe 10' away. So by implication Jinx is herself also ridiculously fast--I don't want to sound like I'm arguing in defense of only one of the characters.

@owie: Been awhile since I've fully watched Retaliation but I just downloaded it so I'll probably give more thoughtful post sometime soon (probably next week after final's). Don't remember Jinx doing anything memorable other than fighting the old lady and KOing Storm Shadow while he was fighting Snake Eyes. I also remember her sparing with Snake Eyes but I don't remember if Snake was going all out or not. If she's able to give a serious Snake Eyes a decent fight I might give her the nod.

I may need to review Retaliation again before I make my answer concrete (bend my arm) , but right now I'm leaning to Jinx.

Haven't watched Retaliation in a minute. If Jinx is anywhere near the realm of Snake Eyes and Storm Shadow, she wins.
