Location

Ichigo was able to stop a hit from the Sōkyoku in his Shikai. It purportedly had the power of one million Zanpakutō and that power gets multiplied dozens of times over as it prepares to strike, so that's large city level even with horrendous lowballing. In his Bankai (Tensa Zangetsu) his power is multiplied by five to ten times (this would apply to his speed, durability, and his Getsuga Tenshō attacks), making him more than enough to take this thing.

@sleepingslaves: A hyperbole, Ichigo clearly doesn't have the power of a million Zanpakto he was nearly killed by Byakuya's single Zanpakto.

Also there's no proof that Bankai amps speed 5x-10x, Byakuya amping his own speed 3x was enough to catch up with Ichigo meaning his Bankai couldn't have amped his speed 5-10x.

OT: I don't read OPM but I heard he no sold Genos' attacks which would be Mountain level so I don't think Ichigo can harm it.

@zuriel-el: Soul society Ichigo hasn't shown the power to be able to overcome Elder Centepede's durability imo. Even if he cuts a through his hide, elder centipede has high level regen. He would need to cut his head off in one swing, and soul society Ichigo hasn't shown power of that level.

Need at least vaste lorde ichigo for this.

Ichigo mid diff , if his he try to use getsuga tenshou to much , and hollow ichigo (who have better sence of humor , also much stronger than normal bankai ichigo ) take controll , then ichigo bodies .

Fighting with a captain with his bankai on par , even if the captain is SS arc , its more than what elder centipide showed .

Fighting against a few opm hero isnt that much , elder centipide size wont help him , since shinigamis can change the size of their zanpaktou.

Also Ichigo woud just blitz .

Elder wins. This version of Ichigo is not that strong. He does have a solid speed advantage though...but with limited stamina and a distinct lack of striking power...SS Ichigo loses.

If Hichigo takes over then Ichigo probably wins since Hichigo is vastly more skilled during the SS arc and will know how to overwhelm regen.
