I don't read Boruto... But what makes Eida's love powers different from like, Boa's?
Boa Hancock's ability only works if the other characters falls in love with her i.e, a character can be unaffected if he doesn't see Boa as attractive (eg - Luffy). But Eida's is completely different.
The opponent is forcefully made to fall in love with her, regardless of what his personal opinions and thoughts are i.e a person can think she is completely be asexual, having no feelings towards women or no feelings at all towards anything but all that becomes irrelevant since he/she will be forced by Eida's hax ability to fall in love the instant he sees her.
Hence Luffy will fall in love with her even though he feels nothing towards women.

Haki can cancel ONLY devil fruit hax.
Haven't you read one piece? Haki is like seastones which can cancel abilities of devil fruits hence why Law's hax can be countered by Haki. A person with the same hax as law but from a different verse would cleave straight through Kaido regardless of Haki.

Let’s nip this in the bud before it begins: can we as the OP community not fall into the stupid, brain-dead, annoying trap that DBS debaters did years back on this ‘Hax resistance’ Law’s hax not working on Kaido or Big Mom due to Haki isn’t proof now that Haki can negate any type of esoteric ability. Haki is a specific counter-measure against Devil Fruits in the One Piece world, it doesn’t translate to being able to stop any and every broken ability under the sun from other verses.

Thanx for proving that you don't know how the one piece world works. Haki counters devil fruit abilities. Its literally why Haki can hit logias even though they are just elements. Thats literally why Vergo was able to tank Law's hits even though he can cut through space.

The scan literally proves none of your arguments, in fact, it only strengths mine. Haki can cancel law's devil fruit powers, thats what haki does. That's what is happening in that scan. Haki is like a weaker version of seastone. If strong enough, it can halt devil fruit abilities.
I am sorry, I can't take the argument seriously that Haki can cancel any kind of hax even if the hax is not a devil fruit ability. That's like saying Haki can negate Izanagai or something, because HaKi NeGAtEs hAx.

Luffy's haki would prevent him falling in love. Luffy has never shown any emotional or physical attraction to anybody in the entire series. There's also 0 evidence linking Haki and Devil Fruits, they are 2 completely separate power systems that can exist without the other. Haki and Seastone are similar in countering Devil Fruits but Haki only temporarily bypasses Devil Fruit defenses for that Haki user nobody else while Seastone has to directly touch the Devil Fruit user to stop their abilities and can't counter the effects of the Devil Fruit such as Law cutting through a Marine ship lined with Seastone. Eida is also physically weaker than Luffy and has never shown the willpower even close to him.
Do we know why otsutsuki are immune? I think it's too early to say it will work on literally anyone outside of otsutsuki, especially when that is a knock against it in the first place. The classic question is coming back, will it work on Galactus? Either it doesn't, and than you have to say it can work on is, or it does... the debater will then get the pleasure of defending why it magically works on a cosmic being of his caliber.
Luffy will be able to resist it to a certain degree. Since he's not attacking the enchantment will not work completely. Shikamaru resisted it with pure willpower and luffy has that in spades
Eida's ability works on an instinctive/unconscious level. Luffy used CoC will he was unconscious. It was almost like instinct at that point.

Eida's allure works on instinctual unconscious level. It works on anyone even cyborgs. Anyone who tries to kill her, their instincts will reject that and you would damage your mind.
Boa's love beam worked on cannon balls. She was able to turn robots into stone with a kick.
Her passive love aura, makes any act she does appear so cute, people just fall for her instantly. Only those with zero lust for such things were unaffected and Luffy is the only person in the world who achieved this. T
The most innocent amazons who didn't even know what sex, a man, or a penis was, were easily turned to stone. The most stoic of Vice Admiral they sent could barely keep is composure and nearly lost it when she directed an attack.
