Eida has no feats and her powers dont even work on otsutsuki for some reason suggesting her abilities have a biological limitation/DNA not only that her powers dont work on family members either. ignia is not even human nor a ninja to start with but a Dragon.

lastly her ability works subconsciously meaning those under like SHikamaru can still keep their self together and know she is the enemy, igneel can still attack just stops halfway that does not stop him from attacking and killing her with AOE, there is also the inability to know if it would even work on Dragons.

her ability while strong has a severe weakness, only the super weak become love zombies like Delta, if guys like Shikamaru and the scientist dude can keep their self together then this ability is actually weaker than the Quincy guy Pepe.

Well, to be fair, it´s logical what she says, because in the Naruto universe only exists the human race.
I mean, yeah, there are some intelligent animals like sage frogs and serpents, and Ototsukis (aliens) but their numbers are so small that you can´t talk about an "entire race" precisely.

What Eida is saying can be interpreted as: "my power work in the human race and I talk about it because 99% of the world population including my enemies are part of the human race" more than "my power ONLY works in members of the human race".

Think of two countries or similar that say, if we fight each other and use atomic bombs, the entire human race will be destroyed. If you think "then that implies animals will survive?" or "then that implies animals can resist atomic explosions?" you will be dead wrong. This case looks similar.
