He was created to balance the power that Hecate has, so if she ever goes bad, Eclipso is there.

dude Eclispo was soi bad, that they had to lock him in a crystal, to make sure he never gets out, he literally pus the fear in everyone including Hecate.

Your arguments stem from one thing that has no meaning in this battle and that is scaling, Dream well of The Endless is a Vertigo title clearly Hecate cosmology scaling wouldn't work. Take Multiversity Map, how would you put Hecate? Near the Sphere of Gods because the Gods resid there? to which people say that's an Outerversal realm, Dream resides there, but only because Morrison wanted a new cosmology, he ignored Vertigo and decided to place them wherever to reintroduce since the crisis on Infinite Earth, the concept of the Monitor. I mean we see Quantum Superman, Ultra Comics, Nix, etc.... Meta CHaracters with small ass feta compared to Vertigo big titles, but since they're "META" and sense their fictional characters doesn't comply them to win, maybe CAS simply because he has Plot Manipulation.

Also did you miss the very beginning of issue 16 when Eclipso tells Kent that Nabu knows how to contain Eclipso and it would have been easier for Nabu to do so.
How is Hecate a being who is above Nabu now afraid of Eclipso (which nothing proves this)
Eclispo gets contained easily the moment his gem cuts Diana as Khalid backed by Nabu contains him. There is literally nothing to prove yoir claim true.
