Standard hulk one-shots him. Mismatch.

DB's Mountain-City busting shouts would do quite little and any swords would be near useless. The only real way I see him winning would be soul tear if it'd work. Even if he used Auriel's shield I doubt it would block a nuclear thunderclap.
